Drug Offense Penalty
In accordance with Department of Education regulations, if you are convicted for any offence under any federal or state law involving the possession or sale of illegal drugs during a period of enrollment in which you receive Title IV aid, you will lose your eligibility for any Title IV grant, loan, or work study assistance.
